The United States declared three terrorists as global terrorists on Thursday for linking Pakistan-based terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Taliban. At the same time, he again warned Islamabad not to give shelter to dangerous people and organizations.

This declaration stops the property of Rahman Zach Fakir Muhammad, Hizab Ullah, and Dilawar Khan in the US jurisdiction, and the American citizens have been barred from trading with them. The US Treasury Department has termed the three as a global terrorist for their involvement with terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Toiba and Taliban. This is part of American efforts towards disrupting networks supporting South Asian terrorists.

“Government Treasury Department will continue to expose the fundamentalists who support the terrorist organization and those who run illegal financial networks throughout South Asia,” said Seigal Mandelkar, Under Secretary (Under Secretariat) of the Department of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. They said that they are targeting al-Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Taliban and other terrorist organizations for providing furnishings, explosive devices and other technical assistance. Mandelkar said, “It is a part of this administration’s comprehensive efforts to thwart the funding of terrorists. We urge the Pakistani government and others in the region to work with us while refusing to provide safe havens to these dangerous people and organizations. ”

American lawmakers also punished Pak
Top US lawmakers have endorsed President Donald Trump’s decision to ban security assistance to Pakistan. He said that Pakistan is constantly ignoring the terrorists who want to destabilize Afghanistan or attack India. MPs said that terror-based cooperation is the mainstay of US-Pakistan relations, but Islamabad is not fulfilling its commitment. Congress member Ted Yoho said during the Congress hearing, “For many years now, the cost of the US has decreased for Pakistan because it is becoming more and more clear that the priority of both countries is not in one direction. In the last six months, the administration has taken steps to speed up this trend. America is facing the reality that relations between America and Pakistan need to be changed. Other MPs, including Yooh, also lashed out at Pakistan.
