Ingredients: 

  • Four cup thick curd
  • Two onions
  • A piece of ginger
  • 3 green chillies
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder, hot masala, kasoori fenugreek
  • Two spoon coriander leaves
  • One cup cornflower
  • Two tomato slices
  • One Cup Bread Crumbs
  • oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

To make yogurt kebab first, add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli in a bowl with yogurt. After this add turmeric, red chilli powder, casserole fenugreek, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.

Now insert cornflour and divide into equal parts and shape your desired shape. Roll the kebabs in bread crambs. Hold all the kebabs until they turn golden in hot oil. Now put it in the plate and serve it with your favorite chutney.
