Construction work of Chetak Bridge ROB will be completed by June, Minister of State for Co-operation Vishwas Sarang inspected the work which is still in progress.

Co-operation, Bhopal Gas Tragedy and Rehabilitation Department (Independent Charge), Minister of State for Panchayat and Rural Development and Vishwas Sarang inspected the Chetak Bridge Rob construction work. Meanwhile, officers of the Railways, PWD, Construction Agency, Traffic Police were present at that place.
Sarang was informed that 80% of the construction of Chetak Bridge ROB has been completed. The remaining 20 percent work will be completed by the month of June. On 4th April morning, a gurder had been put on the under construction Rob between 10 am and 3 pm. Vishwas Sarang instructed the officers to ensure safety, traffic and other arrangements during the process of lodging the gurders. He said that he will be present himself even during the gurder being installed. On this occasion it was told that a total number of 18 gurders will be put on Chetak Bridge Rob. In the first phase, 3 gurders are being inserted.
Minister of State Sarang said that the widening of Chetak bridge rob has been made between the main road connecting Bhel area in the city. This will make the roads more than 10 meters wide. Squares will be developed along with widening the road going towards Anna Nagar, Kasturba Nagar and Habibganj connecting the bridge.
