Abhinandan Homecoming: Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman is allegedly reported to have reached Wagah-Attari border wherein his medical check-up is going on.

Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman is at Wagah, Pakistan who currently is occupied in completing necessary official documentation process.

India made a request to bring back Wg Cmdr via a special flight, however, Pakistan denied and continued to pursue with its same old plan to release him via Wagha-Attari border.

After India’s professional request was rejected by Pakistan, Amritsar deputy commissioner Shiv Dular Singh Dhillon pilot Abhinandan and Border Security Force said, “Pilot is more important than the retreat ceremony,” hence, the beating retreat ceremony was canceled.

India’s priority remain Cmdr’s debriefing and medical check-up.

An ambulance is also ready to quickly rush and get commander Abhinandan the medical aid required as landing to Pakistan he was purportedly hurt while landing from parachute also, he was thrashed by angry mob.

He will soon be whisked to Amritsar airport after his medical checkup gets over, his family waits for his release. Also, massive crowds at Wagah-Attari awaits for their hero’s return who have been standing since morning for Abhinandan’s homecoming.
