Bihar. In a case of money laundering, the court summoned RJD chief Lisa Prasad’s daughter Misa Bharti and her husband on Wednesday. The court also summoned Misa’s company Michele Packers and Printers in the case and directed all the accused to appear on March 5.

The court of Special Judge NK Malhotra, located at Patiala House, has issued an order after hearing the charge sheet filed by ED (ED). ED had filed its final report against Bharti and her husband Shailesh Kumar on December 23 last year through his lawyer Nitesh Rana. Earlier, the agency had attached a couple of farm houses in Delhi to investigate the money laundering case.

 In this case, the Enforcement Directorate has filed a lawsuit against RJD chief Lalu Prasad’s daughter Misa Bharti and son-in-law Shailesh. During the search of his house, several important documents and bank papers have been collected. One of their farm houses has also been seized in Delhi. In this case ED has filed the charge sheet in the court.
