The biopic on Prime Minister Narendra Modi was set to be released on April 15, but on public demand, it will now hit the screens on April 5.

The biopic on PM Modi will be released a week earlier on April 5.

Co-produced by Sandeep Singh, Suresh Oberoi and Anand Pandit and directed by Omung Kumar. The film is a biopic on Narendra Modi, India’s 15th Prime Minister.

Vivek Oberoi on Tuesday unveiled the second poster of the film PM Narendra Modi on his Twitter handle. He will be seen in the movie as PM Modi, the cast also ensembles of actors including Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Sengupta, Anjan Shrivastav, Yatin Karyekar, Ramakant Dayma, Akshat R Saluja, Jimesh Patel and Darshan Kumaar portraying important roles.

Producer Sandip Singh said, “We are bringing this film a week early on public demand. There is a lot of love and anticipation among the people and we don’t want them to wait longer. This is a story of 1.3 billion people and I can’t wait to show it to them.”

The biopic on largely loved PM traces his journey from humble beginnings to becoming the beloved Pm of the country. The makers unveiled the first look and poster of the film on January 7 in 23 languages, making it a hit on digital media.

The tag line of the movie “Deshbhakti Hi Meri Shakti Hai” (Patriotism is my strength) is also being used as the political party’s agenda on social media.

In the trailer, Vivek Oberoi can be seen depicting Narendra Modi’s looks from various phases of his life, he is seen as a young man enacting Modi’s youth to a volunteer for RSS and politician of young blood (early stages of PM’s political career). Oberoi is also seen as a Sikh because Modi had disguised as one during the emergency. The other look represents him as chief minister of Gujarat, the PM had previously served as the CM of the state from 2001 to 2014. And, the final look being Prime Minister of India.

The second poster of the biopic was set to be released on March 18 by BJP president Amit Shah, which was postponed due to the demise of Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar.
