The Jabalpur police arrested a man for mimicking and speaking objectionable word against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, also mimicking Union Home Minister Amit Shah, on receiving a video went viral on social media.

Upset on seeing this video on social media, Yogesh Agrawal activist of a Hindu outfit forwarded the video from his twitter account to the superintendent of police Jabalpur demanding for action against the man seen in video for mimicking and speaking objectionable word against the prime minister.

Taking action into the matter, Superintendent of Police Siddarth Bahuguna re-tweeted that Adil Ali (man seen in the viral video) aged 38 years is arrested and an FIR is registered against him.

The FIR is registered against the man under sections 153 (wantongly giving provocation with intent to cause riot : if rioting is committed, if not committed) and 294 (obscene acts and songs) of IPC in the Omti police station, the official said.
