Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said the state government has allotted Rs.1000 crore to the Satna Smart City Limited for development works.

The Congress candidate (without taking name) selected by former CM Kamal Nath for mayor post is eyeing Rs.1000 crore allotted to the Smart City Limited, he alleged.

Chouhan was addressing a gathering in Satna on Thursday.

He said the BJP government has given attention on development of Satna which the Congress ignored during tenure of its government in the state.

The infrastructure of medical college is ready, the control and command centre is under construction in Satna, he said.

Kamal Nath discontinued Sambal Scheme and deleted names of large number of youths, he said.

The BJP government has restarted the Sambal Scheme and those whose names are deleted they can re-apply their names will be added in the list prepared under the Sambal Scheme, he said.
