Washington: H-1B visa is a relief for the Indian engineers working in the US. While it was coming from one side that the Trump Administration could make the H-1B visa rules tough, on January 9, the US officials made it clear that they are not currently considering any such proposal due to which Indian engineers with H-1B visas had to leave the US.

In a recent report, it was revealed that US President Trump H-1B will tighten the rules of visa. In this report it was said that the government will not give the visa extension to the H-1B visa holders. Due to this, 7,50,000 Indian IT engineers have to be forced to leave the country. All US lawmakers have opposed this decision.

The US gives H-1 visas to 85,000 highly trained applicants every year, in which 70 per cent of Indians are involved. Under the H-1B visa, US companies employ high-skilled professionals from other countries. Temporary visas are made available to those people because there are no such high-skilled professionals. In this way, employment becomes increasing for young people and especially engineers.

In America, when he gets a job, he earns much more than India’s salary, as well as facilities are also numerous. Indians living in America are considered intellectually wise too. After all, the Indian companies working in American companies have passed from the top institutions of the country like IITs, NITs.

The relations between India and America have always been good. The H-1B visa is an issue that caused the possibility of a crack in the relationship. It is worth mentioning that this concern has been postponed after the US cleansed itself and the opportunity for American job for intellectuals trained in the said ITO is still open.
