When not to eat Amla:
Avoid the use of amla when you have cold and cough. At the same time, amla also has leukectic properties, so it should not be eaten when suffering from diarrhea.

If you are non-vegetarian, then the lamb, chicken, egg, and salmon are the best non-vegetarian food you should take.
