New Delhi, India: In a politically unusual event that occurred on Saturday, Uday Jakhar, son of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Balbir Singh Jakhar on Friday called a press conference at his home.

Uday revealing his side of truth told mediapersons that he has “evidence” that will proof his father has given Rs 6 crores to Arvind Kejriwal for West Delhi seat.

Balbir was the 7th Lok Sabha candidate announced by AAP in March.

“My father joined politics about three months ago, he had paid Arvind Kejriwal Rs 6 crore for a ticket, I have credible evidence that he had paid for this ticket,” Balbir Singh Jakhar’s son Uday told news agency ANI on Saturday.

Balbir’s son raised questions on AAP intentions. He asked: “Why was my father, who was not even part of the Anna Hazare movement given a ticket by the AAP?”

The hefty sum of payment by AAP candidate was made to Arvind Kejriwal revealed his son.

Uday Jakhar revealing his father’s politically corrupted moves to the media said, “When I asked for assistance for education, my father told me that he had to use the money for his political benefits.”

“But a surprising fact is that he was ready to give this sum of money to bail out former Congress leader and 1984 anti-Sikh riots accused Yashpal and Sajjan Kumar,” he added.
