After the video got viraled , In which a elephant is walking away with burning tyre on its head. High Court lawyer Mr. Nedumpara petitioned the top court seeking intervention , in ending cruelty towards animals , under the Article 32. The video of tragic incidence which happened and reported on TV channels would shock the conscience of any human being. the lawyer wrote in a letter to CJI SA Bobde.
The two men were arrested by Mudumalai Forest Department in Tamil Nadu’s district , who were involve and responsible for the incidence , according to ANI. The video brought back the memories of similar incidence happened in Kerala last year .
