The Malwani police have sent a notification to Union clergyman Narayan Rane and his child Nitesh Rane, a MLA, to show up before them this week to record proclamations in a FIR enrolled against the pair for supposedly offering abusive comments and spreading bogus data regarding late entertainer Sushant Singh Rajput’s previous supervisor Disha Salian’s demise.

A senior cop said: “The notification is served by the exploring official under CrPC requesting that they be available before the police headquarters.”

The comments being referred to were made by Narayan Rane during a public interview on February 19 within the sight of Nitesh Rane.

As per police, Salian kicked the bucket by self destruction by leaping off a structure on June 8, 2020, six days before Rajput was observed dead inside his Bandra home.

From that point forward a few debates have come up scrutinizing the conditions encompassing their demises.
Following Rane’s public interview, Mumbai city chairman Kishor Pednekar visited Salian’s family and held up a grumbling with the Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) on February 21.

The MSCW recorded proclamations of Salian’s relatives prior to giving a notification to the Mumbai police requesting that they document a report in two days. They additionally looked for Salian’s posthumous reports.

“The data shared by them was belittling and has harmed the standing of our girl that has spoiled our appearance in the general public,” her assertion read.
