Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that if the government’s intention and policy are right, then the picture of the state and fortune of the people is bound to changes. A grand campaign is going on in the state to change the fate of the people and the picture of the state. The aim of my life is to bring happiness in your life and for this I am continuously working. If there is happiness in your life, then my becoming Chief Minister has meaning.

Chouhan was addressing the pride day function of Shahganj Nagar in Sehore district today. He honored the talents of the city. Along with this, the benefits and approval letters of various schemes were distributed to the beneficiaries.

Chouhan said that Shahganj has become an inspiration for other cities of the state with the cooperation of the government and the society. Shahganj is number one among small towns in cleanliness. All the schemes of the government have been systematically implemented here. Pride Day has also been organized in a systematic manner.

Chouhan said respect of sisters is the topmost priority in Madhya Pradesh. Ladli Bahna Yojana is the biggest scheme for women empowerment. Forms of this scheme will be filled from coming March 25 and on June 10 the money will come into the accounts of the sisters. The Chief Minister said that the marriage of 56 thousand poor daughters has been arranged by the government and 44 lakh 40 thousand daughters are getting the benefit of Ladli Laxmi Yojana. In the state, a provision has been made for death penalty against those who misbehave with sisters. Under Prasuti Sahayata Yojana, Rs 4,000 is given before birth and Rs 12,000 after birth.

Chouhan said the government is also giving fees for higher education covered under the Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana. Medical and engineering studies have also started in the state in Hindi. Mama’s coaching classes are being run for various competitive exams. The recruitment process is going on for 1 lakh 24 thousand government posts in the state. Chief Minister Chouhan said that in the new excise policy, all liquor vends will be closed from April 1. Driving under the influence of alcohol will result in suspension of the driver’s license.

Chouhan also announced the construction of new city council office in Shahganj area and construction of CC road in wards under rejuvenation campaign.

On the pride day of Shahganj, Chouhan unveiled built the statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee built at a cost of Rs 55 lakh 61 thousand. Along with this, he also inaugurated the modern gym built at a cost of Rs 2 crore 93 lakh and 130 feet high national flag pillar and flag. Chouhan inaugurated construction works worth Rs 7 crore 59 lakh and also laid the foundation stone of construction works worth Rs 38 crore 81 lakh.

Shahganj became the country’s first 100% insurance town

In the program, Chief Minister Chouhan congratulated all the citizens for getting security insurance on the pride day of Shahganj. He said that all the residents of Shahganj made Shahganj the first city in the country by getting Prime Minister’s Security Insurance and Prime Minister’s Jeevan Jyoti Insurance. It is notable that during the Vikas Yatra, on the initiative of Collector Praveen Singh, a campaign was launched to provide Prime Minister’s Security Insurance to all eligible citizens under the Safe Sehore campaign. Prime Minister’s security insurance has been provided to all the eligible citizens of Shahganj Nagar under the Safe Sehore campaign.
