You may feel dryness and irritation in your head and you may feel itchiness in scalp all the time in summer. Then it is a signal that you need to treat your scalp for shiny hair.

Experts say that by cleaning the head regularly with a good shampoo, it (scalp) can be kept healthy. A proper oil massage with a physically refined oil and protection from sunlight is a must for a healthy scalp. Healthy scalp means healthy and beautiful hair!

1. Clean the head with a good shampoo regularly. But it is also important to protect your head with a scarf from direct sunlight. Use such shampoo in summer that remove extra oil, sweat, and dirt.

3. Always keep it clean to avoid rancidity and itching in the head.

4. Keep the head covered by scarf or helmet or hats while facing the sun.

5. If there is any problem in the head, it would be better to take special treatment every 15 days a month.

17. Make a routine of doing pranayama for at least 10 minutes daily.
