This year 7 thousand 790 students got free scooties

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today provided funds to purchase scooties to 7 thousand 790 students who secured first position in government high schools and higher secondary schools in 2022-23 in the state-level scooty distribution programme in Shahdol.

In a discussion about the increasing academic facilities in the state, Chouhan said that he is determined to provide every opportunity for the education of his nephews and nieces to progress.

He said that he is running the government considering Madhya Pradesh as his family. Children are the first concern in the family.

That is why high schools and higher secondary schools were established in large number in the state, he said.

CM Rise schools with top-notch facilities are being constructed. Laptops and scooties are also provided.

Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Ramkhilavan Patel, MP Shahdol Himadri Singh, regional MLAs and public representatives were present in the programme organised at Polytechnic College, Shahdol.

Shahdol’s development will gain momentum

Chief Minister Chouhan said that a municipal corporation will be established in Shahdol, and an airport will be constructed here soon. This will give impetus to industry establishment and investment in the region, following which new employment opportunities will be created. Another college will commence in Shahdol.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that direct train service from Shahdol to Nagpur is starting soon. For this, he thanked Prime Minister Modi and the Railway Minister. These works will surely pace-up the development of Shahdol.

Asia’s biggest sports climbing wall dedicated

Chief Minister Chouhan virtually dedicated Asia’s largest ISC certified sports climbing wall worth Rs 6 crore 43 lakh at Vicharpur sports complex. Simultaneously, bhoomi-pujan of works worth Rs 96 crore 62 lakh was performed and works worth Rs 6.43 crore were dedicated.

Chief Minister Chouhan symbolically handed over the keys of scooty to six students of Shahdol division and gave offer letters to the trainees of Mukhyamantri Seekho-Kamao Yojana.

Chief Minister Chouhan was accorded a traditional welcome at the venue and adorned with a tribal turban and a huge garland.

Chief Minister Chouhan also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries of Yuva Annadoot Yojana, SSG Credit Linkage, Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Srijan, National Old Age Pension and Mukhyamantri Kalyani Pension Scheme. On this occasion, a short film focused on the sports facilities being provided at the school level in Shahdol district was screened.

Students should not ride on scooty without helmet

Chief Minister Chouhan said that due to lack of schools in the state 15-16 years ago, girls were compelled to leave studies after 5th or 8th standard as their parent would not send their daughters to study in other villages. Hence, a scheme has been started to provide cycles to the girls to continue their studies.

Our government has started many schemes to ensure that no child should be deprived of education despite having talent, potential and ability. To enhance competitive spirit among the students, laptops and now scooties are now provided to the toppers in school.

Chief Minister Chouhan urged the students to abide by traffic rules and ensure to wear helmet while riding the scooty.

Top-notch education facilities will be available to the children of remote areas

Inspiring the students, Chief Minister Chouhan said that through hard work you can achieve success in life. The state government has made special arrangements to provide assistance to meritorious students so that no student is deprived of higher education due to lack of money. The fees of the students is reimbursed by the state government on getting admission in prestigious institutions of medical, engineering, management and legal fields.

CM Chouhan also urged the parents to take special care of their children’s education. The CM Rise schools started by the state government are being constructed at a cost of Rs 38 to 40 crore. In these schools, there are provisions for library, sports ground, lab, smart class and swimming pool etc. Our aim is to provide world class education facilities to underprivileged families and children living in remote areas. Simultaneously, Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana has also been launched to help youths obtain assured employment by learning skills.

The blessings of sisters and daughters are with me

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the blessings, love and affection of the sisters and daughters in the state are with me. Rakhi festival will be celebrated with Ladli Bahnas on 27th of this month. Ladli Bahna Yojana is initiated with the aim of eliminating the difficulties of sisters and giving them the ability to spend money as per their wish and need. It is their right. This scheme will boost their self-reliance and self-esteem. Under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, the amount of one thousand rupees will be gradually increased to three thousand rupees per month.

Bhoomi-Poojan of construction works

Chief Minister Chouhan virtually performed Bhoomi-Pujan of the 7.35 meter long Dhanpuri to Bamhori road to be built at a cost of Rs 11 crore 62 lakh, CM Rise Schools of Jaisingh Nagar and Budhar at a cost of Rs 27 crore each and Girls Education Complex of Jaisinghnagar to be built at a cost of Rs 31 crore.

Water revolution in Bundelkhand will transform the lives of people

After Shahdol, Chief Minister Chouhan reached Damoh. Addressing the programme, he said that nephews and nieces, study hard, there will be no hindrance in your studies. Assistance will be provided to children of every section of the society. CM Chouhan congratulated Prime Minister Shri Modi and scientists for the success of Chandrayaan-3.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, one thousand rupees is being given now. This amount will soon be increased from one thousand to twelve hundred and fifty. Gradually this amount will be increased to three thousand. On August 27, I will again interact with my Ladli Bahnas from Bhopal. Ladli Bahnas welcomed Chief Minister by presenting Rakhi. Chief Minister Chouhan performed ‘bhoomi-pujan’, dedication of development works worth Rs 1600 crore in Damoh. The development works include the construction work of Satdhari, Sita Nagar, Chakeri Ghat project.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that now sisters won’t have to drink water out of hand pumps. With the laying of pipelines, water will be delivered to every house through the taps.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the water revolution in Bundelkhand will change the lives of the people. The Ken-Betwa link project has been approved.

Chief Minister Chouhan has decided to give 6 thousand in Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojna. The pilgrimage, now along with rail travel it is being conducted by aeroplane as well.

Union Minister of State for Food Processing and Water Resources Prahlad Patel said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Chouhan are engaged in the works of public welfare. People thronged the road show of CM Chouhan in Damoh

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan participated in the road show in Damoh. He participated in Jan Darshan on the 1.5 kilometer route from Teen Gulli Square, Station Square, Ghantaghar Square, Hospital Square, Kirti Stambh Square to Tehsil premises. General public thronged in large numbers to meet the Chief Minister in Jan darshan. Women, men, children, youth and elders all were eager to catch a glimpse of CM Shri Chouhan. In Damoh, people welcomed by showering flowers in road shows at various places.
