A video of IAF wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman being thrashed by Pakistani mob whilst Pak troop arrests him has taken the internet by storm in India.

Pakistani troops attack MiG 21 Bison, one pilot in custody and another one missing in action.

Pakistan on Wednesday claimed that it shot down two Indian military aircraft over Pakistani air space and arrested one of the pilots.

Military spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor claimed in a tweet that one of the aircraft crashed in Pakistan occupied Kashmir while the other fell in Jammu and Kashmir.

The video was released after a press conference was held by the spokesperson of the Pakistan armed forces Major General Asif Ghafoor. Major General Asif Ghafoor claimed that Pakistan Air Force shot down two Indian Air Force planes today morning. He said one of the planes fell in Pakistani territory while the other fell in the Indian side.

Arvind Kejriwal tweeted quoting the IAF wing commander “brave” and said, “I pray for the safety of Indian Air Force pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan,” tweeted Arvind Kejriwal. “Whole country is proud of this brave son and everyone is hoping for his safe return. We all stand united to keep our country safe and strong.”
