The Aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the Senior Commander confirmed to sources that licenses as well as contracts of both the pilots who cat fought mid flight Mumbai – London have been terminated.

Both the senior pilots have been flying together on voyages and there have been constant misunderstandings between the two, the cabin crew informed the sources.
The water hit the brim when the senior co-pilot allegedly slapped the fellow female pilot, and she came out of the cockpit crying.
Besides physically abusing the female co-pilot, the senior pilot left the cockpit unattended twice, which is violating the safety norms.
The incident happened when the aircraft was flying over the Iran- Pakistan belt, and was approximately 2 hours from completing the journey. The aircraft was hosting 324 guests, including 2 infants and 14 crew members as per sources.
