Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister introduced a scheme called ‘Krashak Samriddhi Yojana’. As per this scheme, Incentive amount will be given to farmers.

To increase the productivity of wheat, gram, lentil and mustard in Madhya Pradesh, this decision has been taken by the state government to implement the Chief Minister’s Farming Prosperity Scheme. Implementation of this scheme will increase the crop productivity and there will be a concerted effort in doubling the income of farmers in 5 years. Various programs are being implemented under the National Food Security Mission, National Oil Seed Mission to increase the productivity of crops in the state. Simultaneously, the seeds of new varieties are also being promoted among the farmers. Through this scheme, farmers have also been encouraged to produce the Fair Average Quality (FAQ) quality. Keeping these things in mind, the state government has taken important decisions in the interest of the farmers.
In Chief Minister Farmer’s Prosperity Scheme, the farmers who receive wheat at minimum support price in Rabi 2017-18 will be credited to the bank accounts of eligible farmers for a sum of 265 rupees per quintal. The farmers will be given Rs. 265 per quintal for the sale of wheat in the agricultural produce market from 15 March to 26 May. Wheat has been sold below the minimum support price or below the minimum support price in Agriculture Product Mandi, in both cases, the benefit of the Chief Minister Farmer’s Prosperity Scheme will be given to the registered farmer.
In the scheme ‘Rabi 2017-18′, the farmers who have received gram, lentil and mustard at the minimum support price will be given Rs. 100 per quintal incentive amount to their bank account. Incentive amount of Rs. 100 / – per quintal for sale in Agricultural produce Market will be given from 10 April to 31 May till the limit of eligibility for production based on Bonnie and productivity based on registered farmers. Registration of Wheat in the State is done on the e-procurement portal and on the portal of Bhanaand Payment Scheme, gram, lentil and mustard are registered.
Committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the collector for implementation of the scheme in the districts. The committee has been included as a member of Kisan Kalyan, CEO, District Panchayat, Additional Collector Revenue, Sub Registrar Cooperative Society, District Food Officer, Chief Executive Officer Central Cooperative Bank, District Manager, Civil Supplies Corporation, Markfed and District Lead Bank Officer. . This committee will review the implementation of bank accounts and schemes of beneficiaries. Regarding the Chief Minister Farmer’s Prosperity Scheme, the farmers’ welfare and agricultural development department has been continuously instructing the district collectors. District-level Farmers’ Conference will be held on 16th April at District Headquarters and State-level Kisan Maha-Samaj in Shajapur. Instructions have also been given to collectors regarding their arrangements.
