Taking cognizance on the letter of Jabalpur Superintendent of Police, the Bureau of Immigration (BOI) of Union Minister of Home Affairs has issued a Look Out Circular against bookie Satish Sanpal wanted in multiple criminal cases registered in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

One of the accused in the case Amit Sharma (35) who was at large is arrested.

The Jabalpur police investigation reveals Satish Sanpal carried online betting through the Open Web Exchange from Dubai via six exchanges known as ‘sat exch’, ‘bet 365′, ’91 exch’, ‘sat sport’, ‘abudhabi v deccan gladiators’ and ‘jugnu555’, Jabalpur Superintendent of Police Siddarth Bahuguna said.

As per practice the police takes help of the BOI to track the wanted accused persons on exist / arrival at the airports, seaports.

The payments were done online through bogus firms prior to start of the betting game, apart from it the collection agents were also looking after the transactions .

Multiple criminal cases are registered against Sanpal including cheating, abetment, criminal conspiracy and betting in Madan Mahal, Kotwali, Lordganj police stations of Jabalpur district.

In May last the police raided the office of Sanpal in the RK Tower in Jabalpur where the board of Digital India Express was put up from where Rs. 21.55 lakh cash from almirah and 27 seals of various firms, 3 Rin Pustika, 7 notepad in which betting transactions in lakhs was mentioned, 34 cheque books, property documents were found.
