Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is once again coming to Sagar district on his state visit. On August 12, on the birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Shri Ravidas ji, Prime Minister Modi will perform Bhoomi-Pujan of Sant Ravidas Temple and Art Museum in Sagar and conclude the Samarsata tour. This is a wonderful programme. There is a carnival of harmony. Sant Ravidas Temple and Art Museum at Sagar will be constructed at a cost of about Rs 101 crore. Preparations for the programme to be held in Sagar by Prime Minister Shri Modi should be done on time and in a better way.

Chief Minister Chouhan was apprising himself about the preparations for the programme to be held on Sant Ravidas Jayanti at Badtuma in Sagar district by Prime Minister Modi at Samatva Bhawan, residence today.

Co-operation Minister Arvind Singh Bhadoria, Culture Minister Usha Thakur, Tribal Affairs Minister Meena Singh, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Director General of Police Sudhir Kumar Saxena, Additional Chief Secretary Home Rajesh Rajaura and senior officers were present in the meeting.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that preparations should be made better to welcome the Samarsata tour and organise the programme enthusiastically. Chief Minister Chouhan said that arrangements for the meeting of saints should be made on a separate platform. Ensure better publicity for the programme to extend public reach. Approximately 1.25 lakh followers will be present in the concluding programme of Samarsata tour.
