Mandira Bedi, an actor, and television host paid homage to her late husband, filmmaker Raj Kaushal, in a new Instagram post on Wednesday. Raj died two weeks ago, and so this post comes after his death.

Raj passed away on June 30th from a heart attack.

Mandira Bedi shared a photo of a napkin with the word ‘Raji…’ scrawled on it on Instagram. “Miss you Raji..” she said in the caption, followed by a broken heart emoji.

Several celebrities reacted positively to the message. “M,” followed by plenty of red heart emojis, by actress Anindita Bose.

Red heart emojis were also used by actors Satyadeep Mishra, Arjun Bijlani, and Samita Bangargi, as well as singer Tanvi Shah and Adhuna Bhabani.

Fans also reacted in the comments section. A fan wrote, “He’s always going to be there watching over you & the kids. I don’t have to say be strong. You are a strong lady.” Another said, “God bless u.. and gives you all the possible strength… to fight…” “You are Brave and Strong soul Mandira,” commented another. “@mandirabedi he is always present with you all the time, everywhere and I am sure you know that already,” wrote another fan.

Actress Mouni Roy had shared a post with Mandira. Mouni hugged Mandira as they posed for the photos. She captioned the post, “MY BABY STRONGEST @mandirabedi.”

Mandira had uploaded a photo on Instagram a few days after Raj Kaushal’s death. She had shared old photos of her posing with him on social media. The post was captioned with a sad heart emoji by Mandira.

On Twitter, she had also dedicated a post to Raj. She did send Raj a photo in which he was smiling and pointing at the camera. “#rip my Raji,” Mandira captioned the photo, followed by a broken heart emoji.

Raj has directed films such as Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi, Shaadi Ka Laddoo, and Anthony Kaun Hai. My Brother… Nikhil, a film by filmmaker Onir, was also produced by him.

Raj and Mandira married in 1999 and have a son named Vir and a daughter named Tara. Mandira was seen on a morning walk in Mumbai with another lady last week. It was the first time she was seen outdoors by the paparazzi after her spouse died.
