On the twelfth day it was boycotted. There was criminal carelessness by the specialists of PMRDA and Lifeline and henceforth I have given an application requesting they be reserved under Sections 406, 420, 304A, 120, 34, 424, 471, and 470 of the Indian Penal Code for blamable manslaughter.”
