The Cabinet meeting began under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav with the rendition of Vande Mataram in Mantralaya.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, in his address before the meeting, said that the official visit of the Council of Ministers to Ayodhya for Lord Shri Ram’s darshan is a historic occasion.

This journey is a manifestation of respect for Lord Shri Ram. He congratulated everyone on this auspicious occasion.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that once the Ayodhya visit is over, the state government will rapidly implement the decisions and resolutions taken regarding Devasthans.

In the next meeting of the Cabinet, the Department of Endowments, Revenue and Culture will be combined after forming a Cabinet Sub-Committee.

Panchayat and Rural Development for the places of worship located in rural areas and Urban Development and Housing Department for the places of worship in urban areas will also be included.

All the departments will prepare action plans for the development of Devsthans and ensure their implementation through mutual coordination.

The aim of the state government is to temples should become centers of social consciousness and harmony along with places of worship and social functions like mass marriages should be conducted in temples.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government will develop Dharamshala in Ayodhya Dham.

The state government will also take initiative towards developing Dharamshalas in major temples located inside and outside the state.

Other state governments will also be encouraged to develop Dharamshalas in the temples located in Madhya Pradesh on behalf of their state.

Members of the Council of Ministers thumped the tables and welcomed the proposal of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the manufacturing of material used in temples such as Lord Shri Krishna’s clothes, jewellery, make-up material, metal and stone idols will be promoted under cottage industry.

Self-help groups and youth of the area will be provided training for this by artists from Mathura and Jaipur etc. and stalls will also be arranged in temples for the sale of these materials.

The members of the Council of Ministers congratulated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for the success of the Regional Industry conclave held in Ujjain.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that industrial activities have started in Ujjain as well as in other places of the state in the Regional Industry conclave.

The upcoming Regional Industry conclave will be held in Jabalpur, Rewa and Gwalior.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that under the Rajasv Maha Abhiyan, 03 lakh 03 thousand cases of nomination transfer were resolved.

In the campaign, 37 thousand cases of Batwara, 40 thousand demarcation, 25 thousand records correction, 2 lakh 23 thousand 830 Naksa Tarmim cases have been resolved.

Cyber​​tehsil system has also been implemented under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated Revenue Minister Karan Singh Verma for resolving a large number of revenue cases.
