After the death of two youths in police action in Shopian district of Jammu Kashmir, the tension in the PDP and BJP coalition of the state has come to light again.According to the news agency ANI, Swami said on Tuesday: “What’s this nonsense? Dismiss that govt. Tell Mehbooba(Mufti) to withdraw the FIR else her govt would be toppled. Why are we even running that govt? I haven’t understood that till date: Subramanian Swamy on FIR against the Army over killing of 2 civilians in Shopian #JammuKashmir”
This statement of Swamy has come two days after the incident in which two people died in police firing on a crowded stone in Shopian of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. Immediately after that Mehbooba Mufti ordered the investigation of the incident.

Sunday, police registered FIR against the Garhwal unit army on Sunday, filed by Ranbir Panel Code Section 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder). A case has also been registered against a Major, who is leading the army jawans at that time.
In the PDP-BJP coalition of the state, a new militant was born when Mahbuba, while supporting the action of the police, rejected the BJP’s demand that the FIR lodged above the army should be withdrawn.
