A tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) is signed by the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis (AIGGPA) Bhopal, the Centre for Innovation in Public System of Administrative Staff College of India Hyderabad and the RCVP Norhona Academy of Administration, Bhopal.

The MoU is signed with an aim to identify and promote innovation in public systems, training programme and capacity building through seminars, and serve as a platform to share and disseminate knowledge of new enterprises and best practices in governance.

The MoU was signed on the concluding day of ‘Madhya Pradesh Ph.D Colloquium 2022’.

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis (AIGGPA) Bhopal organized two-day ‘Madhya Pradesh PhD Colloquium 2022’ for the young doctoral courses (Ph.D) researchers of the state concluded on Friday at Bhopal.

The AIGGPA hold the colloquium in collaboration with ICSSR New Delhi at the RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration, Bhopal.

AIGGPA chief executive officer GV Rashmi said “I hope the Colloquium has proved beneficial for the PhD scholars.”

In his address to the function Vikram University Ujjain vice chancellor professor Akhilesh Kumar Pandey said the tribal culture has to be protected.

He said their knowledge of water conservation and Ayurvedic medicines will have to be brought in front of everyone.

He said the efforts have to be made for the conservation and promotion of medicines together.

He said that glaciers are melting due to global warming, which is a big warning for human life.

Pandey said during urbanization it is necessary to keep the eco-system balanced.

He stressed on adopting traditional agriculture and green technology.

The themes of the colloquium was tribals and their development, natural resource management and sustainability, urbanization, agricultural and rural development, health including AYUSH, biodiversity and traditional knowledge, trade, industry, financial inclusion and knowledge economy.

The objectives of the colloquium was to provide mentorship platform for young scholars in Madhya Pradesh to guide them in developing proposals with best data resources, methodology and policy-oriented research projects.
