With special efforts of State Food Minister Rajput, ex-MLA Arunoday Choubey joined the Modi family by taking membership of BJP infront of the MP unit President VD Sharma and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and BJP State President, a strategy was made for a big victory in Sagar Lok Sabha seat, said state’s Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister, Govind Singh Rajput.

Bharatiya Janata Party, which is running with the aim of Mission-29 in Madhya Pradesh, took a step forward for a big victory in Sagar Lok Sabha seat of Bundelkhand and on Monday included veteran Congress leader and former MLA of Bundelkhand Arunoday Choubey in the Modi family.

With the special efforts of the state’s Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister, Govind Singh Rajput, Bharatiya Janata Party, in the state office, in front of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, State President and MP Vishnudutt Sharma and State Convenor of New Joining Group, Dr. Narottam Mishra, on Monday, senior Congress leader and former MLA Arunoday Choubey, impressed by the ideology of Bharatiya Janata Party and the development works initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, joined the party.

State President Shri Sharma welcomed him by wearing angavastram.

On this occasion, State Government’s Forest Minister Nagarsingh Chauhan, party’s State Minister and Sagar Lok Sabha candidate Lata Wankhede, MLA Shailendra Jain, State Media In-charge Ashish Agarwal and Sagar District BJP President Gaurav Sirauthiya were present.

In fact, former Congress MLA Arunoday Choubey, coming from Khurai assembly constituency of Sagar parliamentary constituency, was the most powerful contender for Sagar Lok Sabha from the Congress party.

According to the information, two days ago, on the request of Food Minister, Govind Singh Rajput, Arunoday Choubey had withdrawn his name from Congress’s candidature for Lok Sabha.

State Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister, Govind Singh Rajupat is set to win the Sagar Lok Sabha seat by a huge margin.

Under the same strategy, on Monday, senior Congress leader Arunoday Choubey, close to former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, was included in the BJP.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that with Arunoday Choubey joining BJP, the party will win Sagar seat in the Lok Sabha elections with a huge majority.

Former MLA Arunoday Choubey, who left Congress and joined the Modi family, said that my ticket was final from Congress, but I refused because I am impressed by the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India’s growing respect on the world stage.

He said that Congress has now deviated from the principles of Nehru Gandhi and has become a party of one particular person.

The Congress leadership is running the party like a private limited company, he said.

Therefore it did not seem appropriate to stay in Congress, he said.

Choubey said that I served Congress honestly for forty years.

I also got respect from the party, but the policies of Bharatiya Janata Party and the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi kept impressing me and today I joined Bharatiya Janata Party, he added.
