Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that wonderful efforts have been made to conserve solar energy in Sanchi of Raisen district. Sanchi is the first solar city of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing preparations in connection with Sanchi Solar City at Samatva Bhawan, residence office today. He also reviewed the distribution of funds for providing free cycles to the students on August 17 in Bhopal and the programme of CM Rise School and the preparations for Jandarshan Yatra at Kurwai in Vidisha district. Senior officials of New and Renewable Energy and School Education Department were present in the meeting.

Students of all schools will join the programme of distribution of bicycle funds

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the students of all the schools should be connected virtually in the fund distribution programme of cycles. There will be a live telecast of the state level programme to be held in Bhopal on August 17.

Chief Minister Chouhan will also perform bhoomi-pujan of the building of CM Rise Mahatma Gandhi Higher Secondary School, Barkheda BHEL. This will be the biggest CM Rise School in the state.

Dedication/Bhoomi-Pujan of development works worth Rs. 250 crores in Kurwai

Chief Minister Chouhan said that better preparations should be made for Jan Darshan Yatra on August 17 at Kurwai in Vidisha district. Every section and institutions of the society should join the yatra. After the yatra, there will be a public gathering, in which Bhoomi-Pujan and dedication of development works worth Rs 250 crore will also be done. Chief Minister Chouhan instructed Collector Vidisha to make systematic preparations for the programme.
