In a demonstration of enormous boldness a 37-year-elderly person hopped before a moving merchandise train to save a lady who had fallen on the railroad track in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal, an authority said on Saturday.

While the episode occurred on February 5, a video of the event became famous online via web-based media on Friday, earning acclaim from all quarters.
The episode occurred in Barkhedi around 8 pm on February 5, when Mohammed Mehboob, a craftsman, was strolling close to the scene subsequent to offering namaz.

A lady in her 20s conveying a knapsack was crossing the rail line track at that point, when a products train began drawing nearer, said Shoaib Hashmi.
The lady got terrified and stumbled on the tracks and couldn’t move up and get away from the train’s way, he said.
Whenever spectators began yelling in alarm, Mehboob followed up without much forethought and bounced on the track and approached the lady, hauled her to the center of the track bed and held her back from lifting her head as the train ignored them, Hashmi said.

Individuals continued to alert the pair to remain down till somewhere around 28 carts on the train disregarded them, he added.
After the brush with death, the lady separated in tears and embraced her dad and sibling who had not crossed the rail line track with her at that point, Hashmi said.

In a video of the episode, Mehboob should be visible holding the lady’s head down to keep it from hitting anything jutting from the underside.
