Congress senior leader Lakshman Singh tweeted “It is unfortunate to relate Ganja with religion by terming it a “Shiv buti”. Due to this reason its consumption is increasing and the youth is ruined. According to the treaties Shivji during drunk poison and not Ganja during Amrut manthan”.
Reacting over a tweet of Congress senior leader Lakshman Singh, BJP state spokesperson Dr. Hitesh Bajpai retweeted you (Lakshman Singh) have no right to insult Lord Shiva worship. You have given the statement to content Muslims but it is deeply condemnable. Whether all the addicts in the world worship Lord Shiva?
Elaborating the properties of Ganja, Bajpai in a tweet reply said “Ganja plant two chemicals are found tetrahydrocannabinol (TCH) and canabidiol (CBD). Ganja is addictive due to TCH while canabidiol has no additive property and therefore one does not becomes additive due to it….”
Singh retweeted “Aap bahut gyani hai, me aapka muqabala nahi kar sakta” (You are very knowledgeable I can’t compete with you).
Bajpai retweeted “@laxmanragho Ji aapko Shivbhakti ke aapman ka koi adhikar nahi hai. aapne Id par musamlan ko “khush” karne ke liye bayan diya hoga parantu yah ghor nindaniya hai. kya vishwa ke samast nashedi Shivji ke upasak hi hai?”
