Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that all the collectors should hold quarterly meeting with the public representatives of their respective areas within a week.

From next week, a quarterly meeting should be organized at the divisional level so that the ongoing development work in the districts can be reviewed.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was reviewing the ongoing development works in Narmadapuram on Friday.

He said that the Collector should conduct a quarterly meeting on 23rd February and hold a discussion with public representatives at the divisional level on 24th February in the presence of the ACS in-charge of the division.

MLAs Dr. Sitasaran Sharma, Vijaypal Singh, Thakurdas Nagvanshi, Premshankar Verma and Dr. Yogesh Pandagre, Chandrashekhar Deshmukh were also present in the meeting.

Potable water management for summer should be ensured

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that drinking water sources should be examined before the onset of summer. Nal-Jal Yojana should be completed well in time to ensure adequate drinking water supply to the citizens.

Government schemes are launched but ensure its timely completion as well.

Amla MLA Dr. Yogesh Pandagre, citing the shortage of Patwaris in the district, said that Patwaris are unable to fulfil their responsibilities as they are given charge of three Halkas each.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Patwaris will be recruited at the earliest. He instructed the Commissioner to resolve the needs of the districts by co-ordinating with the public representatives.

Prepare for bhoomi-pujan

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that both the completed and approved development works should be enlisted in the respective areas.

Bhoomi-pujan and dedication of all such development works should be undertaken before the implementation of Model code of conduct.

The dedication and bhoomi pujan of small and minor works should be ensured by local MLAs.

Department wise review conducted

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while reviewing pending cases under the Revenue Campaign, asked the MLAs whether they had the information about the Revenue Campaign going on in their districts.

Subsequently, Chief Minister reviewed the revenue works district-wise. In the review, 76 percent cases of property distribution, nomination transfer and demarcation were resolved. 2400 cases were registered under PM Swamitva Yojana.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reviewed the progress of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, National Employment Guarantee Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Nal-Jal Yojana, CM Rise, Kisan Kalyan Swarozgar Yojana and other schemes.
