The meetings court on Thursday conceded bail to online media powerhouse Vikas Fhatak, 41, false name Hindustani Bhau who was captured for purportedly arranging riots in Dharavi outside the home of schooling pastor Varsha Gaikwad on January 31.
Fhatak had moved for bail after the metropolitan justice’s court dismissed his request on February 8.
On January 1, Fhatak an occupant of Khar (West) was captured after a grumbling was enrolled against him. The police had informed the officer court that Fhatak had gotten guidelines from an individual on Instagram to put together the dissent and said they presumed this individual to be connected to an ideological group.
Fhatak had rejected that he is connected with any gathering or party. Fhatak, through his legal advisor, had told the judge court then that he is offering a genuine expression of remorse for what had unfolded.
His supplication under the steady gaze of the meetings court was recorded through legal advisor Aniket Nikam who contended that Fhatak’s further guardianship isn’t needed.
