School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh has said that CM Rise School is a great initiative taken by the state government. Ensure continuous efforts to improve the quality of education in these schools.
He instructed to the departmental officers to ensure arrangements for running the school within the time limit set in the plan.
Principal Secretary School Education Rashmi Arun Shami and Commissioner School Education Anubha Srivastava were also present in the meeting.
Construction of CM Rise School Buildings
It was told in the meeting that 275 CM Rise school buildings are being constructed in the state worth Rs. 9 thousand 641 crore by six agencies.
PIU of Public Works Department is constructing 129 buildings at a cost of about Rs 4 thousand 409 crore.
Minister Singh instructed the technical wing of the School Education Department to continuously monitor the construction of the building.
Emphasis on personality development of teachers and students
It was told in the meeting that 3 consultant agencies are also helping in the implementation of the action plan of CM Rise School.
These agencies are helping in leadership development of teachers, innovative methods of teaching and personality development of students.
The examination results for the academic session 2022-23 were also discussed in the meeting.
It was told that the examination results of students in these schools are better than other schools. Five students of CM Rise School have found place in the merit list of class 10 and 12 board examination.
CM Rise School Yojana has received the prestigious Skoch Award. According to the new National Education Policy, about 7 thousand teachers were given academic training.
Along with this, participation of more than 60 thousand parents was ensured in the Srijan programme.
Release of academic calendar
School Education Minister Singh today released the calendar focusing on the activities of the School Education Department and CM Rise School in Mantralaya.
Information about Super 100 Scheme, Digital Literacy, PMShree School, CM Rise School, School Band, Umang and Anugoonj programmes has been given in the calendar.
