Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made surprise calls to Sunita Devi, Ramkaran Prajapati, Shakuntala Devi, Devendra Goyal and Munendra Singh Bhadauria of Bhind district and inquired about their problems.

The five persons apprised the Chief Minister about their problems.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that no matter what the problem may be, do not panic or worry while I am there. We are committed to provide a just solution to everyone’s problem.

Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the collector over the phone to solve complaints and problems quickly, justly, with quality and satisfactorily.

In compliance of the instructions received from the Chief Minister Chouhan, the team of concerned officers constituted by the Collector reached the houses of the five persons and solved their problems immediately.

Quick resolution of problems

Sunita Devi, wife of Ramshankar, resident of Ward No. 24, Hanuman Nagar, Jamna Road, Bhind, told that the amount of Ladli Bahna Yojana did not come in her account.

On verification it was found that DBT of Sunita is not enabled. The officials opened her DBT enabled account in the post office bank and assured her that the amount would reach the bank account within a week. Expressing satisfaction over the quick resolution of the problem, Smt. Sunita thanked the Chief Minister.

Rekha Prajapati, wife of Shri Shivsingh Prajapati, resident of Ward No. 12 (near Garhi Mohalla Tower) of Bhind’s Nagar Panchayat Akoda, told that her form could not be filled in Ladli Bahna Yojana. The name is also not entered in the Samagra ID. On verification of documents, it was found that her Aadhaar card has an address outside Madhya Pradesh. Because of this, she did not come under the eligibility of Ladli Bahna Yojana and her form could not be filled. Enrollment of address change has been done in Smt. Prajapati’s Aadhaar card. Smt. Prajapati expressed satisfaction over the prompt action taken to resolve the issue and thanked the Chief Minister Chouhan.

Shakuntala Devi, wife of Shri Ramshankar, resident of Lahrauli village of Thana Umri, told the Chief Minister that our house is kutcha and we want Pradhan Mantri Awas, her BPL card has not been made and she does not get ration. When the officers went to the house to survey, she was found ineligible for the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and BPL ration card. Smt. Shakuntala Devi was informed about the situation. She has thanked Chief Minister Shri Chouhan for taking prompt action and resolving the complaint by giving correct information.

Devendra Goyal, a resident of village “Chinge Singh Ka Pura” of Gram Panchayat Barakhurd, who is currently working in Gujarat, said that the water pipeline connection has not yet been done in the Nal Jal Yojana, nor has the dug road been repaired. The officials reached the spot and got the works of repairing the road, connection of tap-water scheme and replacement of broken taps started. The family members of Goyal have thanked the Chief Minister for satisfactory resolution of the complaint.

Munendra Singh Bhadauria, resident of Gram Panchayat Pachokhara of District Panchayat Raun, apprised the Chief Minister about the drinking water problem over the phone. To solve the problem, after inspecting the site, boring has been started with the machine for the arrangement of drinking water supply. Hand pump will be installed soon. Bhadoria and his family thanked Chief Minister Chouhan for taking quick action and for the resolution.
