The food festival is being organized from August 18 to 20, 2023 at Madhya Pradesh Bhawan in Delhi. ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Food Festival’ was inaugurated by Resident Commissioner Pankaj Raag and Media Advisor to Chief Minister ICP Kesari.

Visitors might taste Madhya Pradesh special dishes like Bhutte Ki Kis, Indori Poha, Sev Bhaji, Besan Gatta, Matar Nimona, Dal Bafla, Pilaf, Mutton Sailana and Bhopali Murgh Rejala as well as Malwa Thali, Bundelkhand Thali and Madhya Pradesh Special Thali at the festival.

Dishes like Millet Kheer, Churma Laddu and Ragi Halwa are also available to promote Srianna.

Sale of milk products of Sanchi and exhibition of handicrafts and khadi products of the state also available in the festival.

Union Ministry of Tourism in association with various State Governments is organizing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Food Festival’ at the State Houses/Bhavans of the participating states in New Delhi. It aims to celebrate India’s rich culinary diversity.
