Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched Ladli Bahna Yojana to make the sisters of the state self-reliant and financially independent and transferred an amount of Rs 1209.64 crore to the accounts of about 1 crore 25 lakh sisters.

The Women and Child Development Department is giving an opportunity to the beneficiary Bahnas to share their thoughts on how they are utilizing the Rs 1,000 received in their accounts. If their Mann Ki Baat is inspirational towards improving women empowerment and nutrition in the society and its presentation is also effective, then they will be honoured.

The department is organizing a competition for the beneficiaries of Ladli Bahna Yojana on www.mp.mygov.in. in which the ten best entries of the state will be rewarded with Rs.5000 each.

This prize money will be sent to the DBT activated account of the Ladli Bahnas who wi. The last date for sending entries in the portal is 5th July.

Terms and Conditions of the Contest

The competition is only for the beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana. To participate in the competition, it will be mandatory for the participating sisters to write the registration number of Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana.

Entry without registration number will be treated as cancelled.

The Mann ki Baat must mandatorily focus on three points which are -how did you feel after getting this money in your account, what are you doing with this money, how Ladli Bahna Yojana will be useful in the empowerment of women.

Participants must compulsorily write his/her full name, pin code of village/city, registration number of Ladli Bahna Yojana and his/her mobile number along with the entry.

Only one entry will be accepted by each participant. The entries will be selected and judged by an expert panel.

No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Entries should be related to the subject, entry will be canceled in case of use of any kind of inappropriate and objectionable terminology.
