Bhopal Dugdh Sangh has made a record by selling 50 tonnes of sweets this Diwali festival.

The Sangh has created new record of 34 tonnes of sweets made by itself last year.

The growing popularity of Sanchi products is a testament to the fact that in the year 2019-20, the Sangh sold 10 to 15 tonnes of sweets during the festive season, which has increased to more than 3 times today.

Chief Executive Officer of Sahakari Milk Maryadit Sangh Bhopal, RPS Tiwari said that along with adequate milk, quality milk products are also being provided by the Sangh to the residents of Bhopal. Among them Ghee, Peda, Brajpeda, Sugar-free Peda, flavored milk, Rasgulla, Gulab-jamun and Mawa are very popular. This demand is not only in the urban areas but also in the rural areas of the district.

1500 Sanchi parlors, booths and agencies are there in Bhopal

Tiwari said that people’s confidence has increased in the milk products manufactured by the Milk Union apart from Sanchi milk. There are 1550 Sanchi parlors, Sanchi booths and agencies of the milk union, where milk, ghee and milk products are easily available.
