Chief Minister Chouhan said that basic facilities have been strengthened in the state. The work of providing water to every farm and tap water to every house is being done on a war scale. Earlier the condition of roads and irrigation in the state was very bad, now there are good quality roads and there has been an unprecedented increase in irrigation capacity. Electricity is also available 24hours. For irrigation, a screw diversion scheme has been made in this area, a project to pave canals has also been approved.

The Chief Minister said that the previous government discontinued many public welfare schemes. We have re-started the supply of laptops to meritorious students, Sambal scheme, crop loan schemes on zero percent interest. Students will be given Rs. 25,000 for laptops, Rs. 2500for cycles. Our government has waived off their interest. They stopped the pilgrimage scheme, our government along with rail pilgrimage is now getting the elderly people to go on pilgrimage by airplane. Instead of building a new medical college, the previous government did the work of shifting the approved college to another place, while our government has established numerous new medical colleges, including Seoni Medical College.

Simultaneously the government is providing loans to the youth on its guarantee for self-employment in schemes like Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti. The previous government made a false announcement of unemployment allowance, our government has made a learn-earn scheme, in which every educated unemployed will be given training according to their interest and will also get an honorarium of 8 to 10thousand rupees per month. No person who creates mess in the state will be spared. On the complaint in Patwari exam, appointments were stopped immediately and investigation has been initiated. Strict action will be taken if any irregularities are found.
