Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan participated in the Gaurav Diwas programme of Rehti Nagar. During the road-show of CM Shri Chouhan in Rehti, the residents showered flowers and garlanded him and greeted him warmly.

Chouhan greeted and extended best wishes to the residents of the city on the occasion of Gaurav Diwas.

The city residents also celebrated the Gaurav Diwas of Rehti town with great enthusiasm like their festivals and congratulated each other on the Gaurav Diwas while showing mutual harmony.

The people of the town decorated their houses, streets and neighbourhoods with decorations and colourful lights.

The daughters also looked happy to have their dear Mama in their midst.

In the road-show, Chouhan reached the programme venue via the Old Bus Stand, Holi Tekra, Hanuman Chowk from the main road. During the road-show, a large number of children, women and elders welcomed CM Chouhan by showering flowers from the roof and balcony of their houses.

The citizens also garlanded the Chief Minister from the platforms set up at various places.

The representatives of social workers-business associations, government-non-government organisations and establishments welcomed the Chief Minister from the platforms set up on the way of the road-show.

Visited the development exhibition

Chief Minister Chouhan visited the development exhibition focused on departmental schemes, achievements and activities at the venue.

The women thanked the CM Chouhan for benefiting the people of the state through many beneficial schemes like Ladli Laxmi and Ladli Bahna Yojana at the exhibition site.

Public health and family welfare and district in-charge minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary, MP Ramakant Bhargava, Ichhawar MLA Karan Singh Verma, former MLA Rajendra Singh Rajput and many public representatives and a large number of citizens participated in the road show.

Bhoomi-pujan and dedication of development works

For the development and beautification of the city, Chouhan performed bhoomi-pujan of 9 construction works costing Rs. 28 crore 31 lakh and dedicated 10 construction works worth Rs. 32 crore 56 lakh in Rehti.
