A trainee aircraft crashed after colliding with the dome of the temple and nearby tree last night at around 11:30 pm near Chorhata airstrip in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, the official said.
The trainer pilot was killed while trainee pilot was injured in the accident, the official said.
Rewa District Collector Manoj Pushp and Superintendent of Police Navneet Bhasin reached the spot and got relief and rescue work done, the official said.
