The Madhya Pradesh High Court has served notices on the the Union government through defence secretary and the Recruitment Officer Headquarters Recruiting Zone (MP & CG) Indian Army based at Jabalpur, MP on a petition filed by the aspirants demanding the court for direction to disclose criteria of selection process, the cut off marks and marks of written test, physical test of all selected candidates for Agniveer (GD) and Agniveer (Tradesmen).

All the petitioners appeared in the Agniveer Recruitment Rally, the counsel said.

The petition said in the result is not possible to specify the cut off marks as well the marks obtained by the petitioners.

The physical test for the Agniveer recruitment test was conducted on 15 September, 2022 to 25 September, 2022, the written test held on 13.11.2022, the result of the written test declared on 26.11.2022.

The defect in this result is that it does not reflect the marks obtained by the successful candidates, the counsel said.

The petitioners were hopeful of their success in the tests, the counsel said.

The petitioners seek relief to direct the respondents to disclose the cut-off marks of selection process, the criteria of the selection process and disclose the OMR sheets and marks of the written test of them as well.
