The OPD services in government hospitals in Uttar Pradesh, which had been halted, will reopen on June 4th. Not only will the OPD be completed, but so will the already scheduled procedures, as well as new procedures. The decision to restore OPD services was made in light of the state’s declining coronavirus incidences.

If there are corona patients in any hospital, they will be shifted to a nodal hospital in the district and the entire hospital will be sanitized, before resuming the OPD services.”

OPD service starting from 4th June 2021 will help lakhs of people of Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, regarding the surgery, it has been stated in the order that “along with the surgery of those whose surgery was already scheduled, all the new surgeries should also be done, pregnancy of pregnant women, eye surgery as well as priority surgery should be selected”

As a result of the decline in corona infection in Uttar Pradesh, the state government has decided to begin corona protocol OPD and IPD services in hospitals across the state on Friday. Amit Mohan Prasad, the additional chief secretary, issued an order in this respect late on Wednesday night.

Patients will now be able to get admittance as well as medical consultation as a result of the ruling. In this directive, which was delivered to all of the state’s DMs, CMOs, and CMSs, it was requested that OPD and IPD services in government hospitals in the district begin on Friday, June 4th.
