Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Pithampur has become an industrial and employment-generating capital of Madhya Pradesh.

Large scale industries have been established here and the flow of investment for industries is going on.

A separate Women Entrepreneurs Park is being set up here for women.

Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the Employment Day and ‘One District-One Product’ program in Pithampur.

He dedicated development works worth Rs 1371 crore and distributed loans worth Rs.2577 crore to 3 lakh 19 thousand youth to make them self-employed.

He also unveiled the statues of Maharana Pratap and Shivaji Maharaj.

The Chief Minister also handed over land allotment letters to 21 women entrepreneurs by performing bhoomi-pujan of Mahila Udyami Park.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that cultural revival work has started in Madhya Pradesh to establish cultural values. Efforts are being made to bring the statue of Vagdevi, which is presently in England, to Madhya Pradesh again.

The legal process is being completed. Shri Mahakal Lok has been built in Ujjain. The work of establishing the statue of Adi Shankaracharya is going on in Omkareshwar.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh government is working day and night to provide employment and self-employment to the youth. Recruitments will be made on one lakh vacant government posts in the next one year.

Advertisements will be issued for the recruitment of 40 thousand vacant posts in the month of November.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that in Pithampur, 1100 MSME units have an investment of Rs 12 thousand 777 crore and 38 thousand 770 people have got employment. 95 large industrial units are established here, in which Rs 26 thousand 320 crore have been invested and 53 thousand 493 people have got employment.

In this way a total of more than one lakh people have got employment. The pharma sector of Pithampur has done a wonderful job by delivering medicines in Covid to the world.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that a new investment area would be set up in 12,500 hectares by taking land from farmers, in which one lakh people would get employment.

Pithampur is a wonderful industrial area. Industrial units are continuously investing here. Industrial products worth Rs. 11 thousand crores are exported to various countries.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Rs 15 crore would be given for the construction of roads in Pithampur. SDM office will be setup permanently by creating a revenue section here. Pithampur Hospital will be upgraded to Civil Hospital.

The regional development demands made by the local people’s representatives will also be fulfilled.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that no poor family will remain without housing on the soil of Madhya Pradesh. All such families will be made the owners of land by giving them land under the Chief Minister’s Land Housing Scheme. Housing will be made available to all eligible people. In Dhar district alone, houses of one lakh poor have been built.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the previous government had stopped many of our welfare schemes like Sambal and Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah Yojana. We have started giving benefits to the public by restarting all such closed schemes.

He said that the state government would pay the higher education fees of meritorious students hailing from poor families. Along with studies, the government is also running a continuous campaign to provide employment.

The Chief Minister also distributed benefits in various public welfare schemes of the government in the programme. He unveiled the ‘logo’ of Bagh Print of Dhar district and distributed GI certificates to the artisans. MoU was signed between MPIDC and FIEO in the presence of the Chief Minister.

Chouhan said that the turnover of self-help group women has reached 20 thousand crores. My aim is that my sisters should earn at least 10 thousand rupees per month.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the overall goal of the government is the happiness of the people. He said that various schemes are being run to encourage young entrepreneurs. Loans ranging from one lakh to 50 lakh rupees are being given by the bank to the youth. The state government is giving the guarantee of return of loan.

CM Chouhan received information about the Mukhya Mantri Jan Seva Abhiyan from the Collector. It was informed that so far 3 lakh 19 thousand applications have been received in the district, explained which 2 lakh 90 thousand applications have also been approved.

Chief Minister Chouhan told in details about the schemes like Ayushman Yojana, housing scheme for the poor, Bhu-Awas Adhikar Yojana (land housing rights scheme), ration for the poor.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Omprakash Sakhlecha said that to give a new direction to Madhya Pradesh, along with the development of Antyodaya, important steps are being taken today to make Madhya Pradesh self-reliant.

Our government will fulfill the dream of every child of the middle and deprived class. Start-ups have been started by more than 2 thousand youths in the state. Also, special efforts are being made for furniture and toy clusters.

Industrial Investment and Investment Promotion Minister Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon said that inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s self-reliant India, many schemes are being run by Chief Minister Chouhan for Atma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh, in which 38 products of 52 districts have been selected as “One District – One Product”. Tie-up has been done with online marketing sites like Amazon, Flipkart for their marketing.

The state government has provided the needs of the poor and deprived sections of the people from birth to the whole life. Many schemes are being run by the state government to meet the needs of the poor and deprived sections of the people from birth till their entire life.

Many schemes are also being run for the employment and higher education of the youth, so that they fulfill their dreams and play an important role in the development of the state and the country.

On reaching the venue, Chief Minister Chouhan was welcomed in a different way. Nephews and nieces who came here to meet him also arrived, who are studying medical and engineering and their fee is paid by the state government.

The meritorious children who scored more than 75 percent marks and got laptops from the government also welcomed the Chief Minister on the stage.

Tribal youths of Dhar district, who are playing at the national level with the cooperation of the state government, also expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister Chouhan.

He was also welcomed by the door-to-door food delivery drivers and the beneficiaries of Ladli Laxmi Yojana.

Chief Minister Chouhan also visited the exhibition organised by different districts of Indore and Ujjain divisions under ‘One District-One Product’.

In the programme, Dhar district in-charge Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary, MP Chhatar Singh Durbar, MLAs, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Sanjay Shukla, Secretary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises P Narhari were present. Along with other public representatives large number of members of youth and women’s group were also present.
