Singapore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday hailed the “warmest and nearest” connection between the two countries India and Singapore, saying the two lions (nations) should venture into the future together.

PM Modi, who touched base in Singapore on the last leg of his three-country visit prior on Thursday, said that the protection relations between the two nations are among the most grounded and the two sides are building an “association of our age.”

“Political relations amongst India and Singapore are among the hottest and nearest. There are no challenges or claims, no aggravations or questions. It is a characteristic organization from a mutual vision,” PM Modi told the Indian diaspora at a Business and Community Event at Marina Bay Sands Convention Center here.

PM Modi additionally included, “When India opened up to the world and swung toward the East, Singapore turned into an accomplice and a scaffold amongst India and ASEAN.”

Expressing that India frequently has Singaporean maritime boats, Modi said the two countries talk in one voice at universal discussions.
