Instead of senior leaders’ speeches in the Congress General Assembly that starts today, new and young workers will keep their point of view. So, change of generation will be visible in the presidency of Rahul Gandhi. Indeed, in the capital Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Stadium, the party which begins on Saturday, is the date of the general meeting. In this, young workers will talk about political, economic, foreign policy and proposals to be presented on agriculture and employment. The draft of all the four proposals to be presented in the General Assembly was approved in the meeting of the Subject Committee on Friday evening under the chairmanship of Congress President Rahul Gandhi. After this meeting lasted for nearly three hours, party spokesman Randeep Surjewala said that 70 leaders from the Steering Committee and the states participated in discussions on all these proposals.

Sonia-Manmohan will also address the gathering

The beginning of the agitation will be with the speech of party president Rahul Gandhi. Later in the afternoon, senior leader Sonia Gandhi will also address the General Vigilance on Sunday. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will give his speech too. On this day, with the closing speech of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, the general strike will end. Meanwhile, the topic ‘The power of truth’ will also be discussed.
