Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that a check of Rs 49,000 should be made available to the bride and groom in the mandap on the day the marriage takes place under the Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana. Under no circumstances should there be any delay in providing funds to the newlyweds. Equipment should be made available to each needy Divyang as per his requirement. For this, camps should be organized at the development block level.

It is necessary to make scholarship schemes more effective

Chouhan said that it is necessary to make more effective the scholarship schemes run for students belonging to scheduled castes, tribes and other backward classes. Special care should be taken for the convenience of the students living in the hostels. It should be ensured that there is no compromise in the quality of food and daily use items being provided in the hostels. The hostels from where complaints of superintendents are being received should be removed with immediate effect. All the students living in the hostel should have a health test and ensure that no activities are conducted in the hostels by outsiders. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed for wide dissemination of information about scholarship scheme for studying abroad.

Teachers should maintain constant contact with students appearing in board exams

Chouhan said that the results of the board examinations are about to be announced, the children should not suffer from depression and should not take any serious steps, for this purpose the teachers should be in constant contact with the children and encourage them. 

Chouhan said that he himself will interact with the students of the state. Chouhan said that as soon as the next session starts, cycles should be made available to the eligible students. Cycle distribution should be ensured in all schools by 15th August. The Chief Minister instructed to complete the work of Global Skill Park by June 2023. Chouhan said that giving 5 percent reservation in NEET to the children of government schools is a historic task. This process should be started soon.

Chouhan instructed to make special efforts to bring horticulture crops under insurance. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the use of ambulance for animals should be started at the earliest.
