Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the G-20 meeting is being held under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in the presence of heads of state who have come to India from across the world. India’s respect has enhanced in the world. These heads of states are welcomed on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh’s Cabinet.

This meeting of G-20 is a matter of pride for India. In the meeting of the State Council of Ministers held at the CM’s residence Samatva Bhawan today, Chief Minister Chouhan expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for India’s chairmanship in G-20.

CM Chouhan said that the mantra of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is resonating in the world. This meeting will also become a medium to solve the world’s problems. The meeting of the Cabinet started with the recitation of national song Vande Mataram. Cabinet Ministers, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and senior officials were present in the meeting.

Bina will become second Pithampur

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Shri Modi is arriving on September 14 for the bhoomi-pujan of the Petrochemicals Complex project of Bina Refinery in Sagar district. This will be an important day from investment point of view. This will be a huge achievement for the state. Bina will develop like Pithampur industrial area. In future, along with Sagar district, neighbouring districts Vidisha, Guna and Ashok Nagar will also become hubs for investment. The scenario of the area will transform. There are investments worth approximately Rs 2 lakh crore. There is an investment of Rs 50 thousand crore in Bina Refinery alone. About 3 lakh employment opportunities will be created. Madhya Pradesh government has provided a rebate of about Rs 15 thousand crore for this project.

Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana A New Social Revolution

Chief Minister Chouhan said that September 10 is marked as Ladli Bahna Day for the Ladli Bahnas of the state. The amount of the scheme will be deposited in the bank accounts of the Ladli Bahnas through a single click from Gwalior. Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana has become a new social revolution. Ministers in charge will join this programme in their districts. Ladli Bahnas in different villages and cities will also participate in the programme

Gratitude to Mahakal Maharaj, State is experiencing rain in abundance

Chief Minister Chouhan said that on behalf of the Cabinet, I want to pay obeisance to Mahakal Maharaj. Mahakal Maharaj has blessed us. He said that prayer is offered with a whole heartedly, it is heard. There is rainfall occurring in the state, which has given life to the crops. There is happiness on the faces of the farmers. It is becoming easier to meet the increased present demand for electricity. It is by the grace of Lord Mahakal that we were able to save the crops and other arrangements have become easier.

Sanchi Solar City a special achievement

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Sanchi Solar City inaugurated this week is the first solar city in the country. Everyone is taking advantage of solar lights in homes in Sanchi. There is even a provision for charging mobile phones. Along with the Energy Department, the citizens of Sanchi deserve congratulations. With the collaboration of IIT Kanpur, Sanchi is moving towards zero net. An MOU has also been signed for this.
