Three sisters of a family belonging to tribal community were found hanging on a tree in area falling under limits of Jawar police station in Khandwa district.
The villagers first spotted the three sisters hanging on a tree and informed the police about it, according to the police.
The sisters are namely Lalita (19), Savitri (21) and Sonu (23) , the police said.
Preliminary investigation indicates three sisters have committed suicide still the matter is looked into from all angles, the police said.
The father of the sisters died four years ago and they were staying with their mother, the police said.
