The Uttar Pradesh Government stated on Sunday that the state’s lockdown will be lifted on June 1st, allowing certain activities to resume. Shops and marketplaces outside containment zones will be permitted to operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for five days starting June 1st, according to Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary R K Tiwari (Monday to Friday). He stated that the night curfew will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The “corona curfew,” or weekend limitations, will stay in effect on Saturday and Sunday, according to the statement.
