Chief Minister Chouhan said that the target is to make new achievements in various fields by the year 2030 under the resolve to fulfill the dream of building a new Madhya Pradesh in the Amrit Kaal of Azadi.

Madhya Pradesh has again got the status of Tiger State, he said.

Along with improving the life of human beings in the state, the campaign for conservation of wild animals will continue. Youths have an important role in building self-reliant and developed Madhya Pradesh, this is of utmost priority of the government, he said.

The state government is making youth partners through the Chief Minister’s Community Youth Leadership Development Programme, Chief Minister’s Young Professionals for Development Programme, PESA Co-ordinator and Mukhyamantri Jan Seva Mitra.

Key points of the resolutions to achieve the target by the year 2030

• We will take the size of Madhya Pradesh’s economy to a height of Rs 45 lakh crore.

• Will bring more than one crore people of Madhya Pradesh above the poverty line.

• We will double the per capita income of the state. It will be taken up to 2 lakh 80 thousand from the present one lakh 40 thousand.

• To increase the total agricultural production of the state to the level of 10 crore metric tonnes.

• Full irrigation facility will be available in every corner of every farmer’s field. Irrigation potential will be increased to 65 lakh hectare.

• Be it home, industry or agriculture, we will ensure electricity. The energy capacity of the state will be increased from the present 29 thousand Megawatt to more than 38 thousand Megawatt.

• A network of new roads of one lakh kilometer length will be laid in the state.

• Every district headquarters will be connected by 4 lane roads. All urban bodies will be connected by 2 lane roads.

• Nursing colleges will be established in every government medical college of the state.

• At least 30 bedded fully equipped hospital facility will be available at every development block headquarters.

• Maternal mortality rate will be brought down to 100 per lakh and infant mortality rate will be brought down to 35 per thousand.

• The stigma of malnutrition will be completely eradicated from the land of Madhya Pradesh.

• The state government will begin the operation of more than 6,000 well-equipped C.M. Rise Schools.

• About 25 thousand vacant posts of teachers of government schools will be filled.

• 45 thousand Anganwadi centres of Madhya Pradesh will be developed as pre-primary schools.

• There will be at least one government college in each development block, so that students can get the facility of higher education near their homes.

• The number of members of women self-help groups will be increased from the present 53 lakh to 65 lakh and the number of women self-help groups will be increased from the present 04 lakh 20 thousand to 5 lakh 10 thousand.

• More than one thousand FPOs with an investment of Rs 200 crore will be constituted in Madhya Pradesh.

• A concrete strategy will be worked out to bring the minimum income of women in the state up to Rs 10,000 per month.

• Encouraging Make in Madhya Pradesh, our exports will be taken up to Rs one lakh crore.

• A new green field airport and industrial corridor will be built between Bhopal and Indore.

• According to the vision of the Prime Minister, the country’s first Unity Mall will be built in Ujjain at a cost of Rs 284 crore for the display and sale of handmade artistic items, handicrafts and ODOP products from all over India.

• 5 lakh new employment opportunities will be created in the field of IT in Madhya Pradesh.

• 5-G services will be made available in the entire state.

• In Amrit Kaal, Madhya Pradesh will move ahead with the power of Panchamrit of agriculture, youth, women, skill and green technology.
